Blind Date Meme

So the idea is your character has been set up on a blind date. Here be the rules:

1. Post with your character and their location [i.e. a restaurant or amusement park or what have you.]
2. People tag the post as your character's blind date
3. And because this is a meme they MUST go on the date.
4. Both parties know they are being set up on a date.

And now Duck must go to bed because she has to go to work at SIX THIRTY IN THE BLOODY MORNING tomorrow. >>

[Emma strides through the door, dressed in something relatively modern and modest that still bares her midriff and cleavage. When she sees Mello she crosses her arms, scoffs, and slips into the chair opposite him.]

Ready, darling?

[Blink. Stare. Oh fuck no.]

Isn't this fucking adorable.

It is.

[She laces her hands together and rests her chin on them. This might end up being rather interesting.]

That looks delicious. Care to get another straw?

[She puts on a pouty face.]

I thought this was a date. Aren't you supposed to be a gentleman?

There are a few of flaws in that argument. 1. I don't like you, 2. I don't even like girls, 3. I don't share my chocolate with anyone and 4. I am no where close to being a gentleman.

Oh, that's a real pity. We'll have to work on that.

[She gets up, goes to the counter and returns with a straw of her own.]

For one, you should at least share your chocolate with your date, dear.

[Mello scowls at her and pulls his chocolate closer, out of her reach]

You know, if either of us are going to enjoy ourselves here, you're going to have to learn how to share.

Nope. I'm not learning shit.

[Pouty face again.]

Then I'll just have to enjoy myself, then.

[She leans across the table, brandishing her straw, lips pursed and ready to take some of the chocolate drink.]

Hey! Buy one of your own, lady!

You really don't get the concept of a date, do you? You're supposed to be nice to your date and treat them well. That includes sharing the meal.

I know how dates work, but I don't want to be on this one. So fuck off.

Well.

[She crosses her arms.]

I've met several unpleasant gentlemen in my time. I can hardly even call you a gentleman.
