Noise Report!
Conan and Heiji sort of... used their resources and EXPLODED the Helipad. And they made sure it was loud and big in hopes of drawing attention to the loud foreign noise and saving a few lives in the process.
Did it work? Up to you, I guess.
But! The main point. Feel free to say your character heard that... it was loud. And the helipad is no more. :|
