Calling academic hiatus

Heya guys, Purple here and I've been feeling very scatterbrained lately so I'm going to call a hiatus until I get all my little ducks in a row. I was supposed to have all of this done by now but there seemed to be a complication in my paperwork and they need more documents from me for the completion of my FAFSA. *facepalm* I'm a little embarrassed about it but hey, thems the breaks I guess. There's a lot going on and I need to be focused.

My muses are suffering big time for this. Hopefully it'll be done in a matter of a few days. *crosses fingers*

Know what needs to stop happening?

My hiatuses. Seriously, it's getting annoying. This one is finally over, as my laptop's back from the shop, and I'll be doing her return post on Monday, at the start of the new plot.

I'm seriously annoyed that I missed the slasher plot, that would have been amazing to play in.

Plot Post: Hawaiian Vacation!

I bet you're all tired of the dark, dreary, abandoned atmosphere, right?

Well, you get a break!

You're all going to sunny, beautiful, Maui!

The weather will be clear and sunny, with mild winds; there's enough to get a bit of surf if you find the right beach, but it's basically comfortable … if … hot. (85-90 °F, 29-32 °C, as swiped from Wikipedia.) Those with issues with sunlight can avoid it during the daytime; nights are clear and warm.

The towns are, as usual, inhabited by the standard NPC's, great for creeping out new people! They seem human enough, but lack any kind of feature that would stick out as distinctive or identifying, are dressed generically for whatever role they're filling, and will mechanically go about their business without acknowledging the presence of the characters at all. If you interupt them or get in their way, they'll just sort of aimlessly meander or stand there until they can go back to what they were doing.

The animal life, at least, is what would be expected of the island, and will act perfectly normally, up to and including “yeah, you might not want to poke at sharks if you see one when you're out swimming”.

Enjoy your vacation, Manorites! There's no telling what the Author's up to next.

Characters from the Slasher flick plot who didn't have a dice roll for how long they were dead, will awaken on Monday morning.

Guess who's back?

This guy right here.

Now that life seems to have kinda sorta gotten back to normal, I'm gunna be on more.
So yay! And stuff. I'll get around to posting whenever I figure out just what the heck is going on and what I've missed.
