Next week, now that the Manor's expanded, the Manorites will find themselves ...

Not there again.

Instead, they find themselves in a small part of some kind of generic city, in a hotel that seems to be teeming with cosplayers and fangirls.

Yep, welcome to Manorcon!

There will be some openings for fourth wall breakage and people either hearing about their canons from NPC's, or finding screenings/panels on their canons; while most CR and the general whirl of annoyance and wtfery will be remembered, any details or spoilers about their own canons or the canons of others will be forgotten at the end of the plot. You get a chance to see how the Author views you!

The NPC's will be a mix of the usual semi-faceless background types, and others that are basically ... well, will operate within certain parameters as fans usually would at a con. Yes, you can get swarmed by fangirls, or have someone run up asking you to sign their Death Note, or find cosplayers dressed as you!

The schedule will run from ten to six for the week, with the exact program being drawn up over this week; if anyone has any requests for events, panels for their characters to react to, etc., post a response here and we'll get it worked in!

So Vermouth is going to be abusing the Hell out of her usual disguise tricks and the environment next week just ... for the sake of trolling.

Does anyone want, for one day or another, a doppelganger that might occasionally be a bit behavior off/may be acting like one of the NPC cosplayers who's "...I just looked in a mirror wtf" good at it? She CAN pull off mimicking people's mannerisms, speech patterns, and voice, enough for it to possibly be SLIGHTLY CREEPY, although she's not going to be putting complete "trying to do well enough to replace the person" effort into it.

And does anyone most certainly NOT want to potentially run into such?

Hello Badfic!

We'd just like to announce the following change. In order to pick up goods from the store that has recently appeared in the desert, your character will require an ID card that identifies them as a resident of the Manor. To make it clear, the credit cards are NOT coming back. The ID card will contain the following information: A name (whatever is on their name plaque) a photo, as well as their room number. For those more paranoid characters, the photo can be scratched. The plot post from Monday has also been modified to reflect this change. Sorry for the confusion.

Characters will need to pick up their ID cards from the store in person (This can be hand waved), or if they are coming in with the next app cycle, the ID will appear with their Blackberries. 

We'd also like to say that there have been quite a few modifications to the rules, and would like to direct everyone's attention to them. If there are any questions, please feel free to leave a comment here, or poke a mod on AIM.

Regardless, I felt like saying it. I probably won't be tagging back on thursday, because I'll be visiting my -formerly best- friend, who I haven't seen or for a year.
Will be coming back laaate friday (meaning early evening for most of you >.>) I have no idea if I'll feel like tagging then. I'm actually a bit scared of the trip xD

Tornado watch.

Just sat through three warnings. And huge hail. Seriously, it was pretty damn close to softball size- but we'll say baseball size. :|
