Awesome!!! Pretty/creepy Zarbon! I don't know if 17 has data on Zarbon... he was with Frieza and they never interacted with the Red Ribbon Army or Gero, so probably not BUT THEN AGAIN MAYBE. e_e

Maybe! But 17 is a little stuck up with a "I'm stronger/better than anyone" kind of mentality. But I'm sure if Zarbon caters to that he'll think the green haired man is 'cool'. Or something.
