Okay, two things I should explain here. Yes, Ichabod is losing his mind. He's beginning to crumble in his mental faculties for two reasons.

1) When he first came to this Manor, his wound that he received from the Horseman hadn't been properly tended to meaning that the burning curse is causing his nightmares to grow in intensity not to mention his connection to living things through his mother's Wiccan connections are severed. This also means that his love for life is slowly fading. Since he locked himself away from everyone else in the Manor, he's slowly losing his willingness to help others.

2) When this progresses and he since he can't be cured, one of two things will happen. First: He'll become completely insane and forget that he was human meaning that he'll start behaving very similar to what a vampire would and that includes the consumption of raw meat and insects. It's disgusting, hes but this is also known as the Renfield Syndrome. Second: He won't kill but he will start developing a taste for human blood. This is also part of the madness.

He's still very mortal and very easy to kill but because he hasn't had any treatment done to the wound, this is the result. So if you're willing to have your character have some blood taken during the night in the future, let me know and I'll add your character to the list. This isn't a plot. This is a digressing development and there is no cure. So death isn't going to break him of this.

This isn't going to take full effect until May 28, his one year anniversary in Badfic so we have plenty of time.

Hello and thank god for the weekend!

Near and Naomi are back in business as of today! Except with one small change: Naomi Misora will be canon reset to a point post-LABB and pre-Kira. Specifically, it will be right after she returns to the FBI from leave following the LABB case (I'll note this in my journal later). This is for mainly 2 reasons:

1) W/o Naomi's knowledge of Kira, there is so much less potential for playercesting.

2) We will have a much less emo Naomi. Emo muse = emo mun, and mun does not need any emo atm kthx.

So I will re-intro her sometime this coming week. As for Near, I'm willing to pick back up the old threads from where we left off if any of you wonderful peeps would still be up for backtagging. ;_;
