And honestly most of it was simplifying things and loosening a few things. Over the next couple weeks we're going to be doing some work updating and cleaning up the setting and info posts, too; this is pretty much the first step here!
Most of the revision is removing a lot of TL;DR. Old rules about things like threadjacking were pretty much common sense permissions stuff that is being assumed as part of the 'treat other players with respect'.
The other major alteration was to some of the rules about character limits and MUNcest - Six characters max is holding, and we're dropping other limits in favor of "don't app two characters that have close ties to interact heavily". Also considering the small scale of the setting, if you have more than one character, they can be aware of each other, and if one of yours does something big and public, the other one CAN react. It's basically just minor common sense reasonable stuff, though, and abusing it outside of reasonable character reactions will be treated as godmodding, though we're not really expecting to see much of any problems.
