Off-Hiatus/Drop

Alright, simple note to say I think things have finally settled down enough after the move to get going on tagging stuff again so yay! Also, totally not a surprise to anyone, but dropping Taro just because while I love him as a character, I've totally neglected him in favor of Mello and there is someone else I'd actually like to try and app here so...yeah...he'll be leaving but Mello will be staying around.
