Damage Report, pre-emptively!

SO. Because of various emotional hangups and crap Tris hasn't exactly ever dealt with properly, in a couple days her power is going to be getting a bit outside of her control. Why am I writing a damage report? Because the weather is going to get... weird. Raining inside? Sure! Stupidly rainy for all of five minutes? Also! It's not going to be terribly destructive, but there IS going to be a lot of WTF-inducing weather in a couple days. :D
