The good news is, for many of you, next week will be ... much more peaceful.

The bad news is, October is still October, and there's another old plot returning.

This time it's the ghosts of the past. Your character will be haunted by the spirit of someone they knew that's died - it could be a family member, an enemy, or anyone that'd associated with them who's now dead; depending on the nature of the character's relationship and the nature of their death, some of them might be 'they don't even know they're dead', while others might show signs of whatever killed them or go flat-out horror-movie if they'd be bitter enough and their death was unpleasant enough. Depending on how you want to play it, this could be anything from a fluffy plot to a nightmare! Ghosts will mostly just hang around the people they're haunting.

If a character genuinely has nobody dead connected to them, or there's some other reason, you can opt out of them getting haunted.

Considering that Saguru's had a few headcanon cases where there ended up being another death while he was on the case, he's ... scarily easy probably. Apologies to Heiji for having that hanging around and Saguru probably setting up a small shrine in the room for the week.

Oh GOOODDD I'm not sure what to dowith Vermouth ~_~; she's immortal, but there's not many people she had any attachment to. (and Toichi would just be sort of surreal.)

...for some reason I'm tempted to have Raidou stalked by Geirin. It'll be the most calm and non-depressing, yet not exactly fluffy per se, haunting in the Manor... considering it'll probably end up with at least one sparring match and being fairly quiet with occasional discussions about work. ~_~; And "How has Nagi been doing? Has she caught up on everything yet?" etc.

God I lack actual plot this week. If only this was at the end of the month then I could have just opted out due to expo.

Hmmm, I may have a ridiculously peaceful week.

Heiji: HAUNTED BY HAKUBA'S GHOSTS I mean, uh...........................no, that's probably about it. He's got his own cases that he wishes he had been a little smarter, a little faster, but they sort of run into each other, so he may just have whisps of regret lurking about him. They'll probably want to have tea with Hakuba's ghosts or something.

Akito: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. That is all.

Charles: From the point he's taken he doesn't have any recent deaths, but his mother will be following him around. She won't do much, but she'll always smell of alcohol, and she looks as if she is trying too hard to be beautiful. Pretty jewelry, nice clothes, and enough make up to hide any possible bruises. Charles is going to try to ignore her, cause it hurts too much, and I should probably go a little easy on him after this week. Except I might change my mind later and have her become more of an influence on him as the week goes on.
